by design it is silly to merge both groups in the same queue... you are Grp 0 and are the 9th in the queue, what are you doing?
The process is designed to fail.

I flew 12 times on IB since the introduction of Grp 0, only 1 time in SVQ airport they asked 0 to be at the front in a separate line, while 1 was on the side.
The rest of the times the announcement was Grp 0 and 1 or Grp 0 but everyone was getting in.
