When I was commuting locally, I would usually download the pages in Chrome (android phone)...before entering the subway. For feeds that gave you the full article, I'd use RSS readers like Feedly. I don't know about the Mac version, but the windows version of Outlook (so the full client) also supports RSS feeds.
Thanks. I don’t have any feeds per se. Mostly want to read CNN and BBC articles offline. Is Feedly a free app? When I try to access web pages in my Chrome “reading list” offline, the browser just spins as if it expected an Internet connection. Maybe I need to save web pages as PDFs?
