Didn't see the JL lounge; must be same level but opposite direction I came from? Didn’t see signs at all for WY. Is it in this area or elsewhere? You would have passed the Sakura lounge if you went down the escalator just above QR. But yes, it would only open around 3 hrs before their own flight.

WY is towards E gates, so the opposite of CX, and is supposed to be open 24/7, so you have time. If it was me, I would just stay in CX to be honest - they have champagne on ice, and goos staff

As for Sapphire lounges in HND, I would not know - I only go to JAL F.
