I had an excellent stay here last December. Hotel is lovely, done up very well. Check in was personal - taken to a seating area with a coffee and checked in, provided information about the city and area, provided all details for the stay including a small upgrade.
Room was functional - well done out, big enough for our purposes. The view wasn't brilliant but Istanbul has a lot of "dusty alleyways".
Some baklava delivered to the room as a welcome gift while we popped out.
Breakfast was up on the terrace with excellent views over the water. It got inclement weather on one of the days but the staff powered through the winds and though noisy it was still warm. There is an inside area.
Breakfast is a fixed menu and you choose (Turkish/American) and a few extras. I'd recommend the Turkish breakfast on at least one of the days. It's quite a lot of food though!
Cannot fault the staff or the hotel at all. Location wise it's walkable to the water, and trams are within 10 mins walk, along with shops and a couple of supermarkets.
I'd happily go back again.
