So I can't personally get too exercised over this, given it's clearly a third party service and they make it clear fees may apply.
Ah I see. Well I suppose that's fine then - I've never really had need to look at those emails but if it's linked initially then I see no issue with additional signposting.

To be clear: I never thought it was misleading - I was questioning it's need.
