'Oh' is also sometimes used by Americans as in "Hawaii Five-0" etc., but in both American and British English only as a digit in a longer number, surely.
Exactly. Flight 207 is two oh seven to pretty much any English speaker. 007 is double oh seven. 5:06 pm is five oh six pee em. No one anywhere says flight two nought seven or double nought seven. And all the math teachers I ever had whether British or American were familiar with the concept of zero.
