Should I be able to preorder for 433 ORD-FRA scheduled in two weeks?

I've tried opening the booking on

https://www.pre-flight-shopping.com/?airlinecode=LH

and it shows the flight but only states, "no pre-selection possible". Am I looking in the wrong place?
