- How are the rooms? Despite the renovation a couple of year ago is the room very tired. The toilet roll holder came loose, and there were visible damp spots on the false ceiling above the shower. There were scratches on the wall and stains on the carpet.

Good: Friendly staff at the reception
Bad: The hotel is really looking to the penny: no frigo in the room, no safe in the room, no handcream in the room (all these are very standard, even in French Mercure hotels). The room is very tired (see above). When asking for an additional pillow was this not possible "due to high occupation". Upon arrivel were there empty bottles of the previous guests on the table in the room, etc... On top is the hotel promoting sustainability = removing service, but on top are they giving paper cups...
- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No Lounge
- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Welcome drink in the app for both 2 persons, max use EUR 5 in the bar for each.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Expensive for what it was. No return.
sorry it wasn't good, doesn't sound like a 4 star hotel.
