Delta needs to improve its website to allow itineraries .., with complete information … to be able to print out without drama on one page, letter or A4 sized. All travel booking types of websites should do the same. Greener and easier to carry when traveling.

I usually don’t print stuff when flying domestically because I have a pattern with the apps I can follow and I know I can talk my way through almost every glitch that can happen. Internationally, I always assemble a set of printouts, in the order I need them. I tear off each sheet as I go along.

Six other reasons to print: the cancellation deadlines/rules for reservations, if breakfast is included on a hotel booking, what the advertised parking fee is, the exact amount I’ve paid in advance and if it includes all extra fees, having paper ready for chargebacks or refunds, and for when my phone is on low charge.
