Flew on Sunday night CDG - BCN in Y

Nothing on board as the chief purser clearly did not prepare its flight (can happen…)
No adjacent seat blocked
He came to me 10 min before landing to bring me a small water bottle and explain me that he could not come earlier because the flight was full

Flew back yesterday in J (and then P to GRU)
Same crew, same nothing…
No ground service in BCN, nothing… 20 min to wait in the jetway to board with no air con
We got delayed by 2 hours as there was a brake failure alert to be checked by maintenance. No drink served during 2:30, no proactive communication regarding my connection, no alternative flights suggested…

Finally arrived in CDG with ground service as good as always except that I missed the spa treatment that was booked
It is very rare for me to plan long connection but this time I wanted to enjoy… bad luck
