No, but this is a bad example anyway as other than very senior execs I imagine few people are doing F travel for work anyway. What I'm sure exists quite a lot is people doing multiple expensive Club World returns a year for work but who are limited to ET for short haul work travel, as well as perhaps doing some short haul economy leisure travel themselves. These people may place significant value on First Wing access, fast track, being able to select seats for free etc.
