I have tedious procedures to get itineraries into concise .pdfs: screenshotting the essential info, adding text annotations to the screenshot for missing information such as seats, flight numbers in larger text etc. Then I combine the images into a Word document. Then I update as changes come through. One of my goals is to eliminate extraneous information (like the list of cabin amenities along the right side of the browser page) and get the information onto as few pages as possible. But I'm retired and tend to be a bit obsessive about getting a good printout.
Alas, back in the day we used to spend time creating print versions of documents and data collections. Some webmasters still do this (recipes, New Yorker stories). But most web designers would be considered to be wasting valuable company time if they provided print formats. (Maybe a sensible chore for an AI?)
