The case remains under investigation. Neither Swedavia nor the Police have made any further announcement since the initial press release.
I have heard unconfirmed rumours that the result of the initial breathalyser test (presumably a portable device, administered on the plane or in the airport) was not subsequently corroborated by secondary testing (presumably breath, blood, etc) in the police station. But those are rumours.
