Yeah, they got me yesterday. I bought 4 via the self checkout. When I got to customer services to pick up the phones, a manager noticed that I was buying 4 and said the limit was 2.
Customer services then re-credited my card for the other 2 phones. At this point the manager said there was no reason why I couldn't go and buy 2 more! The customer service guy looked really p*ssed off at this stage. He waited for the maneger to go, and then charged my card again and gave me the other 2 phones.
Guess what? The credit to my card has not appeared, but the 2 debits have, so I'm currently £120 out of pocket. Add this to the £150 that didn't appear from a ATM that has been charged to my AMEX TCC, and this milage lark doesn't look as profitable. I've got another trip to Tesco tomorrow to try and sort the credit out. Hopefully buy another couple of phones also
