BOS-LAX in F - Dinner

Nice service in F from a Boston-based crew.

PDBs were off the tray and food orders were taken on the ground. Dinner service was at a good pace and refills were offered throughout the flight.

This likely mirrors J (except perhaps the champagne and Rosé), but the choices weren’t dismal.

The salmon app was very similar to a meal I had on Air Canada BOS-YYZ a few years back. Quite filling.


Soup in the summer. I’m sure it is not the healthiest, but the beer cheese soup is my favorite in the soup rotation.


Sea bass. Went with it over the lamb given how variable the lamb is depending on the time left in the oven. Would order again.


The cake wasn’t loaded so sundae it was.
