Having major issue trying to book multi-city - 4 Economy flights. Major system error only option is system locks into ‘Basic’ luggage option not a choice of Value or Comfort error message displayed on the screen. Several calls to Etihad Guest Service able to book with almost double web price - cannot price match web price. Apparently Etihad reservations aware of the system weakness appears Global Digital and IT not offering a fix or solution to support Etihad frequent flyer members. Should I book via online travel agent all is fine but I have an Etihad flight voucher to use provided due to 26 hour delay from UK to Abu Dhabi.
