Along these lines I showed my Alaska Lounge+ card at the massive CLT C/D AC lounge the other day. I didn't even think in OW terms, but see now that my paper boarding passes on this AA only international reservation don't list the word lounge anywhere, although maybe the scanner would pick it up, unless of course there needs to be an Alaska flight.
