And that's where I imagine a lot of visitors will be caught out- they think that even if the rule applies to domestic flights, that since it's part of an international flight it should be fine. Then they find out that it's not a "stay on board" stop.

In any case, none of my power banks have the CCC mark on them, so I'm going to have to leave them behind for trips to China.
