For what it's worth - where there's a OWE lounge/Domestic First, the food offering is (generally) just onigiri and clam soup. You'd need to eat a lot of onigiris to fill up and you may disgruntle fellow passengers as there's only so many at one time.
Miso soup, another rotating soup, onigiri (two rotating kinds) a selection of savoury breads (currently curry, potato, and tomato), croissants from the morning until stock lasts, HD ice-cream from 10:00 to 17:00. Various crackers and snacks.
Those are certainly not components that makes a full meal, but a quite decent snack before the flight.
