My wife recently fly ATL-DTW and her baggage took VERY long to come out, almost 45 minutes.
I tried to submit a 'bags on time' for her and it gives me this error. It's been 3 days, I've tried multiple devices, phones and computers, and the same error.
If I change the date of the event, it comes back and says the details don't match the ticket, so it seems to be checking the details properly. but gives an error anyway.
Anyone seen this? Would calling help? There's only 1 day left to submit now.
