I have companion passes I need to burn before the end of the year or they expire. I found a cruise for my family of four that goes from Barcelona to Morocco and the Canary Islands at Christmas...places we have not been. We have to go at Christmas because of my kids' sports and school schedules. The only problem is that I can't get us all in business or even premium economy at Christmas and get us on the same flights with the use of these companion passes. Each child (ages 11 and 13) has to be booked with an adult. So, due to lack of availability, my older son and I will flying in economy on the LHR-IAH leg while my younger son and husband will be in PE. I am not crazy about flying in economy so at least wanting to do bulkhead, but it is more important for us to all fly on the same flight than it is for me to be in Biz or even PE. (The last time I flew economy on a TA flight was 16 years ago.) Would you recommend 21 B and C, 21 H and K or the two middle ones on row 20 we have right now? I wasn't sure what was going on with the row 21 seats and that was the only reason I held off on booking them. Are there seats in front of them not showing up? Or is there extra leg room because there isn't a row 20 at all? Best I can tell from Seat guru and BA website, I don't think there is a row there...but I wasn't sure. We also can not fly in exit row because of my son's age.
