It's not a lounge. It's a tiny open space about the size of a guest room that barely has enough space for the food in it. You can sit in the work space right next to it and watch people walk out with entire bottles of wine.
As of July 2025 it still operates like that. Barring a very major renovation, it will never be a normal lounge.
