I'd get your food fix land side. There are a lot of good options in the airport. Ramen Runway has some very good options if you are in to ramen

There are other options as well

The domestic lounges in Japan are not exciting, but as you can really arrive at the airport 30 minutes before departure and make it fine, the need for lounges are limited.
