#1 for first gets upgraded. At the same time (#1 Prem+ and #3 first) gets upgraded to Prem+ AND jumps me to be #1 for first, I'm still #2.

How can this happen? Obviously had an economy ticket if got "upgraded" to Prem+.
It shouldn’t; clearing into RN should not have any effect on the list for PZ. There are reports that it (very occasionally) does, though.

That said, I’ve seen different lists between the web and the app, so unless that person then got the Polaris upgrade and you did not, I can’t be certain it wasn’t just a display glitch.
