Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Premier Room for 6 nights. First 2 nights happened to coincide with a Disney tour group so was in a Queen Premier Room. Last 4 nights was in a 1 Bedroom Suite Park View.

How are the rooms?
Queen Premier Room was very nicely appointed however small, would've been cosy with 2 people. One Bedroom Suite Park View had much more room and comfort.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Check in apologized for lack of upgrade for first two nights and offered 20K points total compensation which I was happy with. Ended up getting 40K points.
- Friendly staff ... especially front desk and breakfast.
- Room was not ready at 11:30AM arrive; however, was offered and accepted a courtesy room.
- Inner Circle 4 pm checkout offered.
- Diamond breakfast benefit was good ... nice spread for a Kimpton.
- A couple of my Inner Circle food/drink amenities were provided in my room

Bad:
- Not much

- Didn't attend 4PM happy hour
