I had an excellent business class service in the new Allegris business seat. The catering out of Munich was excellent. Lufthansa upped their wines and served a vintage champagne.

Tuna tataki - excellent!

Grilled tenderloin - was too long in the oven and hence well done. Still it was tender and tasty. I was torn between this dish and the pork shoulder from the pre order menu.

Desert and cheese; accompanied by port wine.

A proper espresso!

Pre arrival meal:

Salmon loin - excellent! Served at room temperature, similar to smoked salmon.

The service was efficient and friendly, could have been slightly more proactive. The purser stopped by to gather my feedback on the service and new cabin. I was very satisfied and would book it again.
