ANA Intercontinental singy upgrade policy true
Got to experience first hand today with IHG ambassador card 😅

One category upgrade:
King room classic 28 sqm with club access (i had this) 551e
King room classic 28 sqm with club access plus bath (was upgraded to this). 556e
King room premium 32 sqm with club 556e.
After this next grade possibly are suites.

You can imagine my face when getting upgrade worth 5e to have bath which I hate 😅. I then negotiated and got suite upgrade for next day.

But oh boy this is really bad customer experience. Feels like cheating your customers with claiming additional hoax categories inside same room class.

What a joke 🙈 these guys really should take a course on customer experience. Next visit I will try another IC just to see if it gets better 😅
