Sadly, things have obviously changed. No upgrade for 1-night stay, just bay view room on floor 30 (but hotel is still happily selling many higher category rooms and many different suites), after long and strange debate offered 2pm complimentary late-check out (they would sell me 3pm late check out for 27000 JPY, no thank you), which is appreciated, no one offered check-in in exec lounge, no welcome amenity/gift in my room, no Conrad bear, very basic afternoon tea (with very modest toast, scones and muffins). I must say, its a huge disappointment for now.

The bear comes with turndown service in my experience
My welcome amenity has been a box ( arty design on the box) with chocolates placed on a table without a note.
Sometimes when i have been invited to check in at the executive lounge there hass been a small queue and have been seen in turn ( maybe 10 to 15 mins)so front desk might have been quicker
afternoon tea has decressed since pre covid though still better than a lot of hiltons ( conrad osaka has the better selection imo)
