I guess I'm not worried about being chastised or fined so much as turned away at the border at my next attempt to TWOV. I've got a KIX-HKG-PVG-KIX planned next month, so my concern is boarding HKG-SHA and then being turned back to HKG. But it sounds like there haven't been any negative data points to that effect either? I'm more relieved in that case.
