My flight was cancelled because of rain and I was just denied the Uber cost I took to the destination I was originally flying to. Last year I was approved for reimbursement for exact same thing.

I've been rejected twice and approved twice and I can't figure out why approved or rejected. But this is the last straw for CSR. I'm done with it if the travel protections don't work
