Unbelievable

You know, it's insane, it really is.

I am not going to give up yet! I want them to answer this, and THEN I am giving my money to Southwest.

I am RIGHT NOW on a second call with AA. THEY CANNOT LOCATE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING A DBL05 FLIGHT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS.
IT IS NOT IN THE CONFIRMING EMAIL THEY SENT ME WHEN I REGISTERED, NOR IS IT POSTED ON THE WEB PAGE.

Read this excerpt from the email they sent me:

Thanks for visiting AA.com. You are now registered for the DBL05 promotion.

To earn the bonus or other incentives offered, you must meet all of the requirements associated with this promotion. Requirements are located online in the AAdvantage(R) section under "AAdvantage Bonus Offers". Some of the requirements may include, but are not limited to:

* Traveling on a specific flight, route or airline
* Type of fare purchased
* Residency requirements. Residency is based on the primary address listed on your AAdvantage account.

EXCEPT - IT'S NOT ON AA.COM - the CSR on the phone with me agrees that IT IS NOT THERE.
