Priority Pass customers entering the main "Monteverdi " Lounge at terminal 1 of Milan Malpensa Airport (the only priority pass lounge here) are now automatically redirected by the lack-of-courtesy staff (independently if the lounge is full or not) to the bottom-line downstairs "new" Sforza Lounge, an underground hospital-like space with some drinks, crisps and some slices of low quality cakes.
Terrible and humiliating experience.
I hope in some changes at Milan Malpensa selection of lounges soon.
