Stayed here this past weekend. Very pleasant experience overall.

Booked a King Corner Suite because I planned to work from the room on Friday and check out late at 4:30 using the Plat benefit. Selected 4:30p checkout on the app, mentioned I did that at the desk at check-in and there was no push back, just a "Great, let us know when you leave."

Had breakfast in the lobby restaurant. It is an $18 a person "buffet" that has very little on it. But with the $18 you can also order from their limited 4 to 5 item breakfast menu. The front desk said "Don't miss the Spinach Quiche!"... I tried it, it was indeed spinach quiche ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Location is great, its 2 blocks off Broadway. Straight easy safe walk down the street right next to Bridgestone Arena to get to all the shenanigans on Lower Broadway. I booked a rate with parking included, but its valet only and I think it was otherwise $40-45 a night. There is a huge empty paid parking lot across the street from the hotel. I assume you could park there for $20-30 and pay the lot's QR code if you were trying to avoid the valet. That lot is not associated with the hotel in any way. The valet lane was very busy both at check-in and check-out.

King Corner suite was great. Separate bedroom and living areas with doors in between. There's a desk and a small two person table to sit at. There's a patio with two chairs you can sit on and look over the Nashville urbanscape. If I had one complaint it would be the sofa. Its a delightful pleather that is easy to wipe off, but just not very comfortable to sit on. Bathroom was huge and had a walk in shower, toilet, and two sinks. There were two bottles of water in the room when we arrived.

There was a bar in the lobby, we didn't use it. I don't think they did roomservice. I looked all over the room and quickly online and in the app if there was a way to get breakfast to the room. Didn't find anything to help with that.

Lobby is on floor 6. You need a key card to get to the remaining floors above.

Nice property. Would stay again.
