Indeed not generous with upgrades. We booked 2 rooms under 2 platinum elites and none of us received upgrades when I do see them available!!! Lounge is just OK comparing to Salzburg Sheraton/Vienna Marriott as we were just at those 2 for a week.

Do stay here only if you like NEW rooms because everything else isn‘t the best (like location…etc). Our room rate is Euro160/night.
