We have tried them. In essence, they are the sub-contractor to Southwest and/or Southwest hotels.
We book the room through Southwest and they should be standing behind the sale. We didn't go to Rocket Travel. We bought through Southwest.com.
Isn't there a Southwest advocate here on this channel?
