tbh im very much sure they are located in the UAE or middle east. The eticket says: place of issue Dubai, UAE.. The agent was of arabic name as well as the accent.
The number is: +971 600 595 556 (the phone call took me 8 minutes to rebook and reissue the whole ticket)
Is it still true that LH agents send the request to reissue the ticket to the back office and you have to wait weeks for them to approve and reissue the eticket? or was that covid only?
