Had a chance to check out the temporary Centurion Lounge at T2. Liked the windows with the ramp views. The paper plates was a little off putting particularly since you had proper cutlery and glassware. And the “hot” dishes were lukewarm at best and didn’t look that appetizing though tasted ok.
But I was happy that there were no chicken thigh dishes this time around and instead there was chipotle agave pulled pork, gochujang glazed beef (which was plant based and explained why it was so rubbery), and a tofu curry. The charcuterie/flat bread/hummus stuff that they had in the back dinning room of the T3 location was also missed.
