I meant a tool which takes a route whichi (MUST) confirm if it's within the rules or not, ideally it SHOULD explain why fails are invalid, clearly it SHOULD also confirm that the route exists (oneworld flies those segments).It COULD also confirm availbility (LDA) for specific dates, and finally WOULD ideally price up. Ideally it SHOULD also do whatever it can to be helpful for a travel agent which at best (if it can do all the way up to pricing) would be fare construction but even just a consistently formatted validated route feels helpful, especially if availability for specific dates has been confirmed.
