Just received a text advising no catering - food or, more importantly, drinks - on BA999 this AM. This will be the 3rd time in less than a year that I have flown CE between BER and either LHR or LCY and there has been no catering. Moreover, said text was conveniently timed to prevent some CE passengers from obtaining vouchers, there being no BA service desk airside at BER. Is it just my bad luck or are there underlying operational issues here?
