Have been very few posts post-covid. Any thoughts? Any ongoing construction on the street?

I am currently weighing up this Marriott with an Opera House view and breakfast, versus the Sheraton or even Four Seasons with a city view and no breakfast. Avo toast and coffee can be pretty expensive at the local coffee shops so thinking of the Marriott.
