Apologies silly question time, this has been asked many times but can’t find the right thread.

I’m BA silver, travelling Cathay Business Class on CX111 on Monday 25th August. I was originally allocated 16A however my BA account is showing me seat 9H which I can’t find on any seat map which it had previously. Which website do I trust? I’m trying to avoid a middle seat if possible that’s all
