These are not eligible even ticketed under 131 stock. And again no mentioning of award tickets not being eligible.

Also, you need to choose between mileage upgrade waitlist and upgrade bid.
I did read that, but I have had flights where I was not eligible to bid. And I never had a tour or a group fare. So there is more to it....
