Recently passed through BRU and can confirm that travelers to DUB have access to the The View lounge in the B gates. EI website shows access to the Diamond lounge, located in the Schengen-zone A gates, which makes it pretty worthless for non-Schengen flights to DUB. The lounge itself is large, with plenty of seating and a typical selection of food & drinks, including a bar and omelette station.

I also got to visit the EI lounge and the 51st and Green lounges in DUB, and I can say that I much prefer EI to the preclearance lounge. I advise anyone on a long layover to try their luck at EI before heading to preclearance. I was on a four-hour layover and made the mistake of heading there with three hours to go. I am definitely not a fan of the whole concept of preclearance, and this lounge is only slightly less dismal than the rest of the area. The bar is especially absurd, with a full list of drink prices for anything alcoholic, but apparently that list is just for show, as they only charge for cocktails?? The food wasn't much better, with a few packaged sandwiches, bland curry, and a pancake maker. The ambiance is about what you would expect from a subpar third-party lounge with no competition.
