I tried it for the first time yesterday at PDX B/C gates. I was excited as I was the only one in line only to be disappointed when after three tries it didn’t work. TSA agent said it didn’t recognize me yet I used the GE terminals at PDX just two weeks ago and have had my photo scanned countless times at the regular PreCheck line over the couple of years they are doing that. Agent asked if I had had a recent haircut which I replied yes I did a week ago, and he said that was probably why. They moved me over to the front of the PreCheck line, I won’t bother next time.
