It wasn't for the survey, it was to make a reservation or to access your MP account. I ended up on hold for about 30 minutes and the person I ended up connecting with ran my MP # and switched me over to the GS desk. She wasn't aware of any issues, so I have no idea why this happened.
I called this morning to make a ticket change - no issues at all. Got a very friendly / helpful agent.
