Not based on my latest experience. I called the 800# to add my (adult) daughter to my reservation and was told that was impossible as I am using a 35k FNA cert. I clarified that I would be checking in with her and just wanted her name on the res to sign for room charges, but was told "can't do" and that the only solution was to remove the FNA and replace it with regular points So I guess I will add it at check-in. Major waste of my time.
