Since the others say "Earn xx points every y stays, up to z" and this one only says "Stay X nights, earn Z points total", I read it as a pretty clear differentiation between earn-as-you-go and big-bang at the end.

To me, it just says your points post along with your stay post - i.e. your 30K will post along with the points for your 20th stay, not on a monthly sweep or at a different time.
