I said "not exactly walking distance during summer heat and rain." To be exact it was 1 day of heavy rain (not drizzle) followed by 1 day of 93F (34C) of sun.
I am merely stating the fact that getting taxi from stations towards the hotel is uncovered, and I certainly can't speak for guests arriving in a dry / non-summer season. Please refrain from quoting me out of context.

This is not just a rant. For a hotel marketed as this tier, I would have expected satellite concierge like the one Westin has or better directions over email, and to assist with umbrella, limo, taxi, and/or walk.

I don't get why you have to be so dismissive. You didn't experience my room and I didn't experience your room.
