Recent stay. Great location and had a nice dinner at the bar in the lobby. Breakfast in the lobby is extensive and a better option than the club if you can choose between the 2.
Similar to other hotels, it’s annoying when they ask for preferences and then do nothing with this information. Checked-in using app and asked housekeeping preferences. Declined for my 2 night stay but still got woken up mid-morning (11am or so) to check if I needed housekeeping. Why does this happen so consistently?
