/rant...FYI

Gold, booked SJO IAH about 12 hrs ago for tomorrow AM. 15 booked of 16 seats. I've been #1 on the upgrade list (and the only one). Still no upgrade. I guess UA is waiting for one more paid F.

(I did have a text chat with an agent. Many apologies from him as he saw the list, but no explanation and nothing he could do.)
